Privacy Policy
Draft placeholder — the final document will be published before launch.
The short version
DrawVenture is made for families. Accounts belong to a parent or guardian. We do not ask for a child's name or contact details. Before the camera is ever used, we ask the grown-up for permission and for the child's age range — used only to pick age-appropriate words and a comfortable storytelling pace.
Parental consent
We collect verifiable parental consent before any drawing is captured. We record that consent was given, when, how, and which version of this policy it covered. A grown-up can withdraw consent by contacting us.
What we store
- Your account email and a count of remaining adventures.
- The child's age range (e.g. "5–6") — a band, never an exact age — on the parent's account.
- Your consent record: that it was granted, when, the method, and the policy version.
- For each adventure: the mission's subject (e.g. "leaf"), its type, and when it happened.
- If you save an adventure: the scanned drawing and found-object photo, in private storage only your account can reach through the app.
Third parties
To create the story we use AI service providers (currently Google Gemini for the story and ElevenLabs for the narration voice). They process the drawing and story text on our behalf to deliver the experience and do not use it to train their AI models.
What we don't do
- No advertising, no selling or sharing of data.
- Usage analytics are anonymous and contain no drawings, photos, names, ages, or story text.
- Drawings sent for story generation are processed and not used to train AI models.
Your rights & contact
